RATES

NOTE:  This is one massive house with different sections that can be locked off according to group size.  Only 1 group is booked at at time with other sections not required locked off. Please enquire for an exact quote for your accomodation requirements.  The following is a guideline:

Standard Price per weekend night (Friday/Saturday) is:

House Component $1000 (for up to 10 people and 5 bedrooms) additional bedding supplied at $50 per night per person (This is the minimum that can be booked). For extra space you can also book:

• Apartment Component $400 (for up to 4 people) additional bedding supplied at $50 per night per person
• Unit Component $400 (for up to 4 people) additional bedding supplied at $50 per night per person

Other Pricing 

• Week-day pricing (Sunday - Thursday nights) is discounted 20% (excluding Peak periods)
• Peak Pricing is all long weekends, and Xmas through New Year period is increased 20%.  Minimum 3 night stay.  No other Discounts apply.

Pricing Policy 

• Prices are based on minimum of a 2 night stay 
• Can not quote different number of people for different nights in one stay.  Price is calculated based on maximum bedding required for duration.
• All pricing includes bedding and linen, towels, bathroom supplies, and basic kitchen supplies.
• Note: there is flexibility to book in advance and add/remove people before stay and adjust pricing accordingly.
• Preferred payment method is direct bank transfer. Credit card processing can only be done through VBRO or AirBnB and will incur those sites service fees.
• Refundable security bond is required is based on the components you actually book for and is between $500-$1000.  
• All prices are subject to change, so please confirm booking price at which at that point it is locked in once booking accepted.​
